This was a three day projectCleaning and repair of a previous companies shoddy work and resurfacing roofs of a two story townhome.Devonte did all the work himself and the final project was outstanding. He was on time and completed the three day job within the time that was agree upon. Devonte went above and beyond in the service rendered even prepping our back patio to protected it from any debris that might fall from the roofs. He took time to explain what his objective was for the day and gave us a detailed report at end of each day.Blue Mountain Roofing gave us outstanding customer service both by phone and in person.The Supervisior Monte Hiser was always available to answer questions and explain services rendered. He took photos both before to show us what needed to be done and after so we could see the completed projects.We would recommend this company for their outstanding customer service and work ethic

This review is long overdue, but a few months ago we were dealing with a persistent roof leak that had plagued us for years. We’d called numerous roofing companies for quotes and inspections—everyone seemed to have a different diagnosis. Then we met Monty from Blue Mountain Roofing.After his inspection, Monty admitted he couldn’t pinpoint the issue right away, but he described every detail the other companies had noticed—without us mentioning them. That transparent honesty and thoroughness gave us real confidence in his expertise because it didn't feel like he was trying to sell us on something he wasn't confident was the solution. He explained that patching wouldn’t be a lasting fix and recommended a full tear-off and replacement (which some other companies also had recommended). His pricing was better than the competition, and he suggested the perfect materials for our situation.Throughout the process, Monty answered all our questions—day or night—and the crew finished the new roof in just two days. They even coordinated the crane removal for our rooftop AC with no hassle. Since then, no leaks! It's taken me a while to leave this review just because life has been busy. So here it is...When it first reached out to Blue Mountain Roofing, I received an estimate that turned out it was way off. How did they handle this?Blue Mountain roofing owned up to the issue, was honest about what had happened and we worked together to resolve it. We're all human, and we all make mistakes. When mistakes are not systemic - and this clearly was not - how a company handles this is what separates a mediocre company from a great company.The job went on to completion and I would rate the work as excellent. The foreman and crew (all great guys) showed up on time, kept me informed at every step, addressed any concerns I might have, and did a terrific job.I will definitely do business with Blue Mountain again and I strongly feel you will be in good hands if you do the same!

I spoke to several roofing companies for replacement of our roof. Five of us in our neighborhood needed roof replacement and we all chose Blue Mountain. Their pricing is reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent. Mark in the office and Monte in the field are responsive and the customer service is a step above. Great job guys, I'll recommend you to anyone looking for roofing!
