If you have a shingle roof, it is very likely that you have damage you’re unaware of after a storm. Upon inspection, we will assess whether it is worthwhile to file a claim. If there’s storm damage, your claims specialist will advise you on the claims process and how it works. Once a claim is filed, Blue Mountain Roofing is at your service leaving you under no obligation unless we get your insurance to agree to replace your roof. We’ll patiently answer all your questions and leave you with a handy pamphlet to remind you of how everything works. You’ll also have a phone number and an email address to reach your claims specialist as needed. Upon filing a claim, your roof insurance claims specialist will schedule and meet with your insurance adjuster. If there is any interior damage due to leaks, it will also be assessed at time of inspection. The damage and cost of any repair will be assessed and negotiated by your insurance claims specialist, leaving you only responsible for your deductible! Our presence takes the stress away and puts our clients at ease while we handle literally everything. However, you’ll have to pick your colors and materials. After getting several bids in June of 2024, we chose Blue Mountain to replace the underlayment of our roof and do a few small repairs. They were great to work with—the price was fair, their crew got the work done quickly, and the clean up was thorough. The roof has been problem free since then.That might have been the end of the story, except Mother Nature unleashed a huge microburst of wind on our house last week. The wind came out of nowhere, was loud, and it shook the house. The photo shows the damage. We called Blue Mountain to have them come out and initially they said they were booked up, but had us send the photo to Monte. He came immediately, on a Friday night, after his workday was done to evaluate the damage and stabilize the area so there’d be no further damage. He returned to fix the damage this week.Monte is one of those guys who cares about the work he does and the people he interacts with. That kind of customer service used to be common, but it’s rare these days. We highly recommend Blue Mountain when your roof needs attention!

This was a three day projectCleaning and repair of a previous companies shoddy work and resurfacing roofs of a two story townhome.Devonte did all the work himself and the final project was outstanding. He was on time and completed the three day job within the time that was agree upon. Devonte went above and beyond in the service rendered even prepping our back patio to protected it from any debris that might fall from the roofs. He took time to explain what his objective was for the day and gave us a detailed report at end of each day.Blue Mountain Roofing gave us outstanding customer service both by phone and in person.The Supervisior Monte Hiser was always available to answer questions and explain services rendered. He took photos both before to show us what needed to be done and after so we could see the completed projects.We would recommend this company for their outstanding customer service and work ethic

This review is long overdue, but a few months ago we were dealing with a persistent roof leak that had plagued us for years. We’d called numerous roofing companies for quotes and inspections—everyone seemed to have a different diagnosis. Then we met Monty from Blue Mountain Roofing.After his inspection, Monty admitted he couldn’t pinpoint the issue right away, but he described every detail the other companies had noticed—without us mentioning them. That transparent honesty and thoroughness gave us real confidence in his expertise because it didn't feel like he was trying to sell us on something he wasn't confident was the solution. He explained that patching wouldn’t be a lasting fix and recommended a full tear-off and replacement (which some other companies also had recommended). His pricing was better than the competition, and he suggested the perfect materials for our situation.Throughout the process, Monty answered all our questions—day or night—and the crew finished the new roof in just two days. They even coordinated the crane removal for our rooftop AC with no hassle. Since then, no leaks! How did they handle this?Blue Mountain roofing owned up to the issue, was honest about what had happened and we worked together to resolve it. We're all human, and we all make mistakes. When mistakes are not systemic - and this clearly was not - how a company handles this is what separates a mediocre company from a great company.The job went on to completion and I would rate the work as excellent.
