I am SO happy with this company. I called 5 companies for quotes to redo our commercial roof at Tucson Rug Cleaning Co. a few years ago - not only was Blue Mountain the least expensive option, but their warranty service has been absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. When the technician, Devonte, couldn't identify the source of the leak, he gave me a cell phone number and told me to reach out directly to him when it pops up again. Low and behold, it did yesterday. I texted him this morning... he came by SAME DAY to take a look. He determined it was not their roof at all, and it was actually a bad window caulking at the roof line - he took the time to caulk it for me (!!) and recommended that I redo the caulking on the other clerestory windows as well. I had a great experience with Blue Mountain Roofing. We had about 30 roof tiles that had shifted out of place, and they came out promptly and put every one of them back where it belonged. To my surprise, they didn’t charge us anything for the repair. It’s refreshing to find a company that is honest, professional, and genuinely cares about its customers. I found myself in a stressful situation with a roof leak just as I was leaving town. Mike, the owner, personally came out to inspect my roof over a holiday weekend, took the time to call me and explain what he was seeing, and came up with a practical solution. When you’re dealing with something as stressful as a roof leak, it means a lot to work with people who are responsive, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about giving homeowners peace of mind. I highly recommend Blue Mountain Roofing, Excellent Company!! Monti came out gave me a quote and worked with my schedule and came after hours. I had a new roof within 3 days for our first meeting. Roof done in one day and you couldn't even tell they were there. After completion I discovered the exhaust fan wasn't working, I called Monte and returned the next moring (again accomadating my schedule). The fan probably as old as my home so wasn't really a big deal and I told him that. He insisted he would fix it He made another trip and fixes. Monte goes above and beyond for his customer's . After getting several bids in June of 2024, we chose  Blue Mountain to replace the underlayment of our roof and do a few small repairs. They were great to work with—the price was fair, their crew got the work done quickly, and the clean up was thorough. The roof has been problem free since then. That might have been the end of the story, except Mother Nature unleashed a huge microburst of wind on our house last week. The wind came out of nowhere, was loud, and it shook the house. The photo shows the damage. We called Blue Mountain to have them come out and initially they said they were booked up, but had us send the photo to Monte. He came immediately, on a Friday night, after his workday was done to evaluate the damage and stabilize the area so there’d be no further damage. He returned to fix the damage this week. Monte is one of those guys who cares about the work he does and the people he interacts with.  That kind of customer service used to be common, but it’s rare these days. This was a three day project Cleaning and repair of a previous companies shoddy work and resurfacing roofs of a two story  townhome. Devonte did all the work himself and the final project was outstanding. He was on time and completed the three day job within the time that was agree upon. Devonte went above and beyond in the service rendered even prepping our back patio to protected it from any debris that might fall from the roofs.  He took time to explain what his objective was for the day and gave us a detailed report at end of each day. Blue Mountain Roofing gave us outstanding customer service both by phone and in person. The Supervisior Monte Hiser was always available to answer questions and explain services rendered. He took photos both before to show us what needed to be done and after so we could see the completed projects.
