I highly recommend Blue Mountain Roofing, Excellent Company!! Monti came out gave me a quote and worked with my schedule and came after hours. I had a new roof within 3 days for our first meeting. Roof done in one day and you couldn't even tell they were there. After completion I discovered the exhaust fan wasn't working, I called Monte and returned the next moring (again accomadating my schedule). The fan probably as old as my home so wasn't really a big deal and I told him that. He insisted he would fix it He made another trip and fixes. Monte goes above and beyond for his customer's . Five Stars for customer service as well as final product.

Excellent workmanship and a great price. The crews were very careful in cleaning up the debris during their project. Highly recommend. Joey was very good at documenting with pictures the damage found on the roof and photos of their repair work done during the weeklong process.

After getting several bids in June of 2024, we chose Blue Mountain to replace the underlayment of our roof and do a few small repairs. They were great to work with—the price was fair, their crew got the work done quickly, and the clean up was thorough. The roof has been problem free since then.That might have been the end of the story, except Mother Nature unleashed a huge microburst of wind on our house last week. The wind came out of nowhere, was loud, and it shook the house. The photo shows the damage. We called Blue Mountain to have them come out and initially they said they were booked up, but had us send the photo to Monte. He came immediately, on a Friday night, after his workday was done to evaluate the damage and stabilize the area so there’d be no further damage. He returned to fix the damage this week.Monte is one of those guys who cares about the work he does and the people he interacts with. That kind of customer service used to be common, but it’s rare these days. We highly recommend Blue Mountain when your roof needs attention!

This was a three day projectCleaning and repair of a previous companies shoddy work and resurfacing roofs of a two story townhome.Devonte did all the work himself and the final project was outstanding. He was on time and completed the three day job within the time that was agree upon. Devonte went above and beyond in the service rendered even prepping our back patio to protected it from any debris that might fall from the roofs. He took time to explain what his objective was for the day and gave us a detailed report at end of each day.Blue Mountain Roofing gave us outstanding customer service both by phone and in person.The Supervisior Monte Hiser was always available to answer questions and explain services rendered.
