We’ll patiently answer all your questions and leave you with a handy pamphlet to remind you of how everything works. You’ll also have a phone number and an email address to reach your claims specialist as needed. Upon filing a claim, your roof insurance claims specialist will schedule and meet with your insurance adjuster. If there is any interior damage due to leaks, it will also be assessed at time of inspection. The damage and cost of any repair will be assessed and negotiated by your insurance claims specialist, leaving you only responsible for your deductible! They were professional and clean- putting a tarp down on the driveway and sweeping with a magnet for nails each day.
